Lead High-Impact Discovery Phases with AI-Infused Strategy Techniques for Creating AI-Driven Products

This event is hands-on, high-touch, and limited to 8 participants for true individual attention. It is expected to sell out.

Successful product designers and managers know that business strategy and product experience are inseparable. In this 1-day immersive workshop, you’ll gain the skills and language needed to lead high-impact Discovery Phases and shape product strategies that deliver measurable outcomes.

You will build familiarity with Strategic Thinking and Process Optimization concepts including Systems Thinking, Critical Thinking, Workflow Optimization, and Root Cause Analysis. Then you’ll apply these methods to design smarter solutions while integrating AI capabilities into more efficient workflows.

You Will Learn Through Hands-On Activities:

  • Craft clear problem statements and compelling value propositions with Claude using an iterative why-analysis.
  • Develop proto-personas and transform them into targeted customer interview frameworks with GPT-5.
  • Conduct competitive research and analysis using commercial LLMs and AI agents to uncover insights, triangulate data, and verify findings.
  • Create storyboards that structure prototype flows for concept testing using tools like Storyboard.ai, Firefly, and more.

The AI Component
You’ll see how to responsibly integrate best-in-class AI tools into your strategic workflow and use them to solve real-world problems with practical and ethical AI-powered solutions.

The Methodology
UX Strategy is the essential first step before design or development begins. It informs a validated vision by testing solutions with real customers to confirm market fit, using lightweight, evidence-based tactics that speed progress.
