UX Strategy 1-2 Day Workshops

UX strategy is a practice that when done empirically is a better guarantee of a successful digital product than just crossing your fingers, designing some wireframes, and then writing a bunch of code. Take this workshop to experience a deep dive into the subject matter with both lectures and hands-on exercises.

What you’ll learn

  • Why an empirical practice of user experience strategy is crucial for devising successful online products and services
  • How to define and validate your target users through provisional personas and customer discovery techniques
  • How to identify direct and indirect digital competitors of a value proposition
  • How to conduct competitive research and analysis to explore a crowded marketplace for an opportunity to create unique value
  • How to focus your team on the primary utility and business model of a product by using storyboards as blueprints for prototyping

Participants should bring a laptop or be okay with sharing one with a partner for some of the exercises.

Who is this workshop for?

Product teams and managers, business executives and startup founders that want to learn how to be more strategically sound in their process. UX/UI practitioners of any level.

Testimonial

“Hi Jaime, Just wanted to thank you for your workshop. I have been devouring your book, but it was immeasurably helpful to listen, practice, and discuss throughout the day. We practice “Discovery” better than any company I’ve previously encountered, but your approach has helped shine a light on areas for us to improve and explore.”
